Regular Shipping
Each order is hand made especially for you, and sometimes we may need to purchase ingredients for you, so please allow up to TWO WEEKS for manufacturing PRIOR to shipping.

Special Delivery Date (Birthday, Anniversary Etc)
If there is a specific delivery date you need the article by, please do let us know immediately upon ordering and we will endeavor to meet your deadline.

Foreign and Overseas Orders
Please include recipients complete address and postal code plus daytime telephone number. Please allow 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items purchased on sale or at a discount. To exchange or return your full price purchase, please pop the reason for return in the box together with your receipt, and return it with the merchandise. We charge a standard 20% re-stocking charge on returns.

Information entered during the ordering process will be treated as confidential. Any details submitted are used in strict confidence.
